1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ll44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ll44 platform — including the website, casino games, sportsbook, and any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms apply at all times when you access or use the ll44 platform. ll44 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility Requirements
To register and use ll44 you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. Players aged 18 to 20 are not permitted to use ll44 regardless of local laws.
- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other party.

ll44 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and funds being withheld pending investigation. Players found to have misrepresented their eligibility will have their accounts permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access ll44 you must create one registered account by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ll44 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity carried out using your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact ll44 support immediately.
One Account Per Player
Each player is strictly limited to one registered account on ll44. Where a player is found to hold more than one account, ll44 reserves the right to:
- Close all duplicate accounts immediately and without prior notice.
- Void any bets, games, or transactions completed across duplicate accounts.
- Withhold and forfeit any balances held across duplicate accounts, including winnings derived from bonus funds.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on ll44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ll44 supports instant deposits and withdrawals via the payment methods most widely used by players in Bangladesh. Transaction limits are published on the Cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
Deposits
Deposits may be made using the following supported methods, subject to minimum and maximum limits stated on the Cashier page:

Withdrawals

Note: ll44 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Third-party payment providers may apply their own charges. ll44 is not responsible for fees levied by external payment providers.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
ll44 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the terms stated at the point of offer. By claiming a bonus you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable bonus terms in full. ll44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses awarded by ll44 are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms. The following general conditions apply to all ll44 bonuses:
- Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the individual bonus terms. Certain games may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate toward the wagering requirement.
- Each bonus has a validity period. Wagering requirements not met within that period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided automatically.
- Each bonus may only be claimed once per player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming the same promotion across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
- ll44 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus and associated winnings if ll44 reasonably suspects bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or any other form of fraudulent activity in connection with the bonus.
Welcome Bonus
ll44 offers a welcome bonus to new players on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus amount, percentage match, and applicable wagering requirements are published on the promotions page and are subject to change. The welcome bonus is available once per player, household, device, and payment method, and is only available to players who have not previously held an ll44 account.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on ll44 are subject to the rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or event. ll44 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed in breach of these Terms, or placed where there has been a material error in odds or game settings. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on ll44:
- Bets are valid only once confirmed by the ll44 system. A confirmation screen or message constitutes confirmation of a valid bet.
- ll44 is not liable for the interruption of any gaming session due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or scheduled maintenance. Where a session cannot be recovered, ll44 will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its last confirmed state.
- Maximum payouts on any single bet or game session are subject to limits published by ll44. ll44 reserves the right to split or refuse bets that exceed published limits.

8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ll44. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with ll44 games or the sportsbook in any manner not expressly permitted by ll44.
- Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of cheating that distorts the fair outcome of a game or sporting event.
- Using the ll44 platform for money laundering or for the transfer of funds obtained through illegal means.

ll44 employs monitoring tools and fraud detection systems to identify prohibited conduct. ll44 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies as required by applicable law.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
ll44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if ll44 determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ll44 will notify the player via their registered email address and will seek to resolve the matter promptly.
A player may request voluntary closure of their ll44 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Accounts closed voluntarily for responsible gaming reasons may not be reopened at the player's later request.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ll44 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the player's use of the ll44 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity, even if ll44 has been advised of the possibility of such losses. ll44's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.
ll44 provides the platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. ll44 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ll44 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, device failures, or disruptions to third-party payment services that are beyond ll44's reasonable control.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
ll44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on ll44 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ll44 applies SSL encryption to all data transmitted on the platform and implements security measures to protect player information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse. ll44 does not sell or share player personal data with third parties except as required to operate the platform or as required by applicable law.
12. Amendments to These Terms
ll44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ll44 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or via a notice displayed on the platform. Updated Terms take effect from the date of publication on the ll44 website.
Your continued use of the ll44 platform after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.
